By using Yaanam Driver you agree to these terms, which apply alongside the Privacy Policy for this app.
- Service — Yaanam Driver lets you run assigned trips, share the bus's live location, and record attendance. Your account is created by your school; you log in with your mobile number and a one-time code.
- Location sharing — by starting a trip you agree the app shares your device's location, including in the background, for the duration of that trip, so the bus can be tracked. You can stop sharing by ending the trip or by changing your device's location permission; doing so may prevent tracking.
- Acceptable use — use the app only to perform your assigned duties. Do not attempt to access data unrelated to your trips, or disrupt the service.
- Your account — keep your phone and login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell your school if your mobile number changes.
- Data — your use is also governed by the Privacy Policy for this app.
- Availability — we aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it is always available or error-free. The app supports, but does not replace, safe driving and the school's own procedures.
- Liability — to the extent allowed by law, Yugam International School is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
- Termination — your school may deactivate your access, and you may request account deletion at any time.
- Governing law — the laws of India, with courts at Kanpur.
