- Admission fees and registration charges once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Tuition fees paid for an ongoing academic session are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered in exceptional situations subject to management approval.
- If any extra activity, workshop, or event organised by the school is cancelled by the institution, the paid amount for that activity may be refunded or adjusted accordingly.
- Refund processing, if approved, may take 7–15 working days.
- Any applicable bank or transaction charges may be deducted during the refund process.
