Cancellation Policy

How cancellations of admission and optional services are handled.

  • Admission applications may be cancelled before final admission confirmation by informing the school administration in writing.
  • Registration and admission charges are non-refundable after payment.
  • Cancellation of transport, activity, or optional services must be requested in writing at least 30 days in advance.
  • Any approved fee adjustment or refund will be processed according to the school's refund policy.
  • The school reserves the right to cancel admission or services in cases of policy violations, non-payment of fees, or disciplinary concerns.
  • The school administration's decision regarding cancellations will be considered final.
