- Service — Yaanam Admin lets authorised school staff manage students, staff, routes, vehicles, trips and complaints. Your account is created by your school; you log in with your mobile number and a one-time code.
- Handling others' data — you will use the personal data and documents in this app only for legitimate school-transport purposes, keep it accurate, and comply with your school's and the law's data-protection requirements.
- Acceptable use — do not misuse your access, view or share data beyond your role, or disrupt the service.
- Your account — keep your phone and login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell your organisation if your mobile number changes.
- Data — your use is also governed by the Privacy Policy for this app.
- Availability — we aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it is always available or error-free.
- Liability — to the extent allowed by law, Yugam International School is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
- Termination — your organisation may deactivate your access, and you may request account deletion at any time.
- Governing law — the laws of India, with courts at Kanpur.
